Privacy Policy

AD IT Consulting Limited is a technology consultancy based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Contact enquiries. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you write. We also log your IP address at the point of submission solely for rate-limiting and spam prevention. The IP address is included in the internal notification email we receive and is not stored in any separate database.

Website traffic. We do not run any analytics scripts on this website. We do not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels, or any other behavioural tracking tools. Cloudflare, our infrastructure provider, processes request metadata (IP address, user agent, request path) at the network edge as part of normal CDN and security operations. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details.

Cookies. We do not set any cookies ourselves. Cloudflare may set a short-lived technical cookie (typically __cf_bm) for bot detection purposes. This cookie contains no personally identifiable information and expires within 30 minutes.

We use contact form submissions for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry. We do not use your details for marketing, add you to mailing lists, or pass your information to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

The legal basis for processing contact form data is legitimate interest — specifically, the mutual interest in being able to respond to a business enquiry you have initiated. If you are in the EU or UK, this is the basis under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK/EU GDPR.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this website. Each receives only the data necessary for its function.

• Resend (resend.com) — email delivery service. When you submit the contact form, your name, email, company name, and message are transmitted to Resend to send us the notification email. Resend is SOC 2 Type II certified and processes data in the United States under standard contractual clauses.
• Cloudflare — infrastructure, CDN, and DDoS protection. All traffic to this website passes through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request metadata in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• Gumroad (gumroad.com) — payment processing for Squirrel Pro purchases. If you purchase Squirrel Pro, your payment and billing details are handled entirely by Gumroad. We receive only a purchase confirmation. Gumroad's privacy policy governs that transaction.

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as they remain relevant to the enquiry — typically up to two years after the last communication. If an enquiry does not lead to any engagement, we delete it within six months.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 6).

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights over your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.

These rights apply to residents of the EU and UK under the GDPR, and to residents of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@aditco.in. We will respond within 30 days.

We are based in India. If you contact us from the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction, your data will be processed in India and transmitted to Resend's servers in the United States. Both transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and the legitimate interest basis described above.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively change how we use data already collected without giving you the opportunity to object.
